OK, one blog up and
OK, one blog up and running. Surely this is more interesting than writing amateur Catholic apologetics in answer to bulletin board posts from the made-up cardinal of an imaginary country? Depends on what you think is interesting, I suppose.
Shampooing a carpet at 11:30 on a Saturday night is hardly living the high life either, but we had to do it at a time when it could dry out before the children started playing in the room. Can’t have children in a damp room. We can have them strapped into the back of a car for an hour in a traffic jam because city councils reorganise roads to cause gridlock, though. The City of Newcastle have reorganised all the city centre roads to restrict car use; it used to take ten minutes to get from the Redheugh Bridge to park the car in Gallowgate, but yesterday it took 40. And because of the traffic mayhem, bus journey times have increased as well (or so I’m told…)
Well, wasn’t that exciting?
I’m a blogger now!
OK, sorry about the advertising, but I have nowhere to host this at the moment, and I’m certainly not paying to have a small banner advertisment removed. Just ignore it. It could be worse – I could be advertising this blog.
If you found me then either a: you already know me, in which case say hello! or b: you have been trawling around for an interesting blog, in which case I am delighted to be of service/sorry to disappoint you* (*please delete as appropriate.)
