I’ve got a choir event in 10 days time; quite low key, a workshop not a concert. But I do have a bit of a solo part.
And my throat is starting that ominous tickle………..

It was fine thanks, in fact immensely good fun. The workshop was on Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas. As well singing with the chorus I did all the soprano parts that weren’t Dido or Belinda, which was hilarious as I got to mess around with different styles. Being First Witch was the best bit.
Now got to make sure I don’t get a cold till after 25th November, which is our big autumn concert – Beethoven 9 with the Liverpool Phil’.
