Lowlights

• Not going to Midnight mass for the first time in years. I’d had 2 rubbish nights’ sleep (thanks T) and needed to drive 50 mile the next morning in freezing fog. So i was sensible and went to bed early.
• T getting increasingly stressed being away from home. We came back a day early and i think this will be our last family trip away for quite a while.
• My first day back at work being wrecked by this incident http://www.asdfriendly.org/board/index.php?showtopic=6502
• A general feeling that poor S had a bit of a dull time of things this year

• One perfect day on holiday here (Dunstanborough Castle):

• If T could talk I think he might say his best day was when i took him for the complete round trip on the Preston orbital bus; a whole hour of happy travelling and fig roll munching
• Spending Christmas Day with Mr. BK’s mum for the first time in many years
