Well, I had a brilliant time at Capernwray - plenty of good solid teaching (based on Ephesians) and also lots of fun. You can’t really go wrong when you take 15 women away from all church and family responsibilities for 3 days, put them in a place which provides regular meals and has a swimming pool and sauna. Because our group was so large, they put us in the dormitory normally reserved for groups of naughty boys on youth camps - called the Zoo!

However, the weekend has brought me to reflect on how shoddily I approach my personal study and prayer life. How can i let everything else crowd out learning about God so easily. Time to reform.
